Terms and Conditions
These terms are applicable to all vacancies for inclusion on the Published i4JOBS web Sites. By submitting a vacancy to us, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Making an order
By sending your vacancy to us, you are requesting that the position appears on all our relevant affiliated web sites. We will contact you by e-mail to accept your vacancy or to inform you if we are not able to accept the vacancy for any reason. No contract is made between us until we have verified and accepted your initial vacancy copy.
If you send your vacancy to us on a working weekday before 4.00pm we will usually confirm that same day whether or not it is accepted by us. Orders received after 4.00pm or during a weekend or bank holiday will not usually be verified or accepted before the following weekday (excluding bank holidays).
By placing a vacancy with us you and once our acceptance is given you are granting us a licence, with a right to sub-license, to reproduce that vacancy (including in a modified form) as part of or in association with the I4 Jobs service on any website or on any other media controlled by us or by any third party with whom we have, or enter into, an agreement for the provision of classified advertising.
2. Your vacancy
Each individual vacancy must be for only one position or job (as relevant).
Your vacancy copy must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and comply
with the British Code of Advertising Standards Authority and must be accurate
and not infringe the rights of any third party. Due to third party restrictions
vacancies will appear unbranded, and no active e-mail addresses or web
links will be allowed. We may amend the vacancy to ensure compliance with
those requirements. Having in mind the nature of the service, we are not
able to verify these issues with regard to any statements made by you
in your vacancy copy and accordingly you shall indemnify us and hold us
harmless from all claims, costs and expenses (including legal expenses)
resulting from your breach of this paragraph.
There may be only one job title for each vacancy, and the text will describe
a single position (Up to 2500 characters including spaces). You will be
entitled under the flat fee to employ multiple people from a single vacancy,
with no additional charge.
i4Jobs will not post your vacancy until such time that we have confirmation
by pro forma of your approval.
Due to the time the vacancy is live and the numbers of job boards we utilise,
some positions do get inundated. To help you, at the end of any week during
the campaign you can request removal of the vacancy in order for you to
handle the responses. We will then re-submit your vacancy for your remaining
weeks if required.
3. Your personal data
By placing this order, you are requesting that your vacancy appears on
all our affiliated web sites and in other media in accordance with these
terms. This means that the vacancy or job details (as relevant) can be
viewed by anyone with Internet access throughout the world. You consent
to the publication of the data in this way.
Changes to our privacy policy
If at any time i4 decides to amend its privacy statement, we will post
those changes here so that you will always know how the information we
gather is used and to whom it is disclosed.
4. Payment
Payment is via Pro-forma Invoice. We will activate your position on receipt
of pro forma invoice.
5. Costs
The cost per vacancy is £595 (+VAT) for a 4-week period. This also
includes filtering of all responses to criteria you stipulate if required.
6. Money Back Guarantee
If you are unable to fill your vacancy via any method and have not had
at least 20 applications from us then we are happy to offer the following:
i) A full money reimbursement and credit note.
ii) Re-submit the vacancy for a further 4 weeks free of charge; however
this will revoke the full money reimbursement.

to i4 Recruitment within 5 working days from date of invoice.

weeks of the vacancy expiry date (8 calendar weeks of the vacancy submission
date) via email clearly stating the invoice number and job title.
Any positions that are reimbursed may be placed again as new vacancies
within 6 months of the reimbursement request, however these positions,
including the reimbursed vacancy in a modified form or those which are
deemed by us to be the reimbursed position will not be eligible for
a reimbursement nor re-submission unless prior written confirmation
has been issued by a company director.
7. Changes, cancellations and interruptions
You have the right to cancel the vacancy for any reason at any time. If
we receive the cancellation before we accept the vacancy, no payment will
be taken. If we receive the cancellation after we accept the vacancy a
rebate will be available in full or in part. The refund amount will be
at the discretion of the company and may reflect any costs incurred during
the period up until its cancellation.
It is technically impossible to provide a web service free from interruptions
and (except to the extent that interruptions are caused by our negligence)
we do not guarantee that your vacancy will be provided continuously
or free of faults.
At any stage during your 4-week period, you can change the text of
your vacancy as often as required, however you will be unable to change
the job title once approved.
8. Our liability
Our liability to you for breach of contract or negligence shall not exceed
an amount equal to the price of any vacancy or series of vacancies regarding
the same matter placed by you on the sites. In no event shall we be liable
for any special, indirect, consequential or purely economic loss whatsoever
or any loss of profit regardless of whether such losses are foreseeable
and whether or not caused by our negligence arising out of or in connection
with the use of the site. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions
shall have effect so as to limit our liability for loss or damage arising
out of personal injury or death or acts of fraud.
9. Variation
No variation can be made to these terms without the written consent of
a director of the company.
10. English law
These terms and the contract of which they form a part shall be governed
by English law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts. In the result of any conflict or ambiguity within
these terms each of the above areas is independent and severable and shall
be regarded as separately enforceable.
