How Does E-Recruitment Work?

For just £545, we will advertise a job vacancy across our network of job boards for 4 weeks to ensure that it receives maximum coverage.  Which job boards we cover largely depends on the job you wish to advertise however we guarantee to post your job on at least 30 job advertising websites, including:

·         Advertise on Jobsite

·         Advertise on JobServe

·         Advertise on Total Jobs

·         Advertise on Fish4Jobs

In addition to these, we usually advertise jobs on both industry and area specific job search engines.  These have the benefit of attracting highly targeted audiences whereas the larger job boards (as above) generally attract a wider range of applicants.

Alongside our flat fee recruitment, we offer a CV filtering service.  We recognise that sifting through piles of CVs may not be the most productive use of your time so we filter down all the responses to your job advertisement.  By removing the candidates that are either unsuitable or unqualified to carry out your role, we save you time by giving you a shortlist of the best applicants.

We offer a 20 applicant guarantee on our e-recruitment product.  If, for any reason, your job advertisement does not receive 20 applications, we will give you a free CV search to bring the number of applicants up to 20.

I4 have a full recruitment team in house, so are able to fill the more difficult vacancies, however the flat fee recruitment service that i4 jobs offers is far more cost effective for higher paid jobs.
