I briefly worked in telesales, but whilst at this role an opportunity arose for me to work at i4; I felt it would be a good opportunity to broaden my horizons, and gain further experience in the business sector. I started working for i4, September 2009, in an administrative role. It?s a job that I enjoy, because of the varying tasks I have to do throughout the day and the great people I get to work with. It keeps me on my toes but I enjoy it nonetheless.

I'm a highly experienced Operations / Production Manager, now enjoying using my skills in the role of a Technical Consultant. I started my career in manufacturing where I single handedly managed a 2.5 million a year chair manufacturing unit for a large UK based furniture company. Previous to joining i4 Recruitment I was UK Production Manager for a large E-Learning company and I am always utilising this knowledge on continuous software and e-commerce projects. On the recruitment front, I primarily cover the areas of Engineering and IT, where I can draw on over 15 years of field based experience.

I was contacted by i4 Recruitment about an opportunity to work as a recruiter with Engineering and although it was not a natural career move, with my background I felt that I have something to offer Engineering companies looking for specialist staff. It has proven to be a successful move for me and I have really enjoyed helping people secure their ideal positions.
