Our client in North Walsham are currently looking to hire a Customer Services Adviser
About the company:
We are advertising for a company who are a registered charity and registered provider of affordable homes for those in housing need. They own and manage 5,000 properties primarily in the north of Norfolk which provide homes to over 10,000 residents.
Whilst the majority of their properties are located within the local authority area of North Norfolk, they also have properties in the local authority areas of Broadland, King's Lynn & West Norfolk, Great Yarmouth, South Norfolk and Breckland.
They are currently looking for a part time Customer Service Adviser to join their Customer Services team.
Customer Services Adviser - Role responsibilities and requirements:
You will be the first point of contact for their customers who contact by phone and at their offices.
- The successful candidate will ensure our client's customers receive sensitive, timely, efficient and courteous front line assistance based upon up to date information and delivered according to the company's policies and procedures and to standards agreed with their residents.
- You will need to provide excellent customer service, be able to manage situations in a sensitive manner and be able to work towards the principles of continual improvement and tenant centred services.
