HR Generalist – Coventry – Salary £25,000 - £30,000
The HR Generalist is responsible for the development of the people strategy and managing operational HR issues. The role is part of the senior management team and will help to shape and grow the organisation as it continues its expansion plans. The post holder will also have some general office management duties.
What you'll need to succeed
the successful candidate will be an experienced HR Generalist with commerical experience, UK employment law knowledge and exposure to health & safety. Candidates will be approachable and able to demonstrate the capability to advise and influence the management team.
- HR experience
- CIPD qualified or working towards this
- Grievance procedure experience
- Disciplinary experience
- Payroll experience
- Good with Excel, outlook
- Time management experience (work with time management software)
- Agency communication
