Our client in East Kent has a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join their Criminal Justice Service team.

Team Leader – Job description:

You will deliver a Criminal Justice service to Substance Misuse Clients across all 5 main geographical areas in East Kent.

You will be responsible for working with the Regional Manager to ensure the service is performing according to the requirements and outcome indicators set by the commissioner and our client for the Criminal Justice service.


Team Leader – Key skills and requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be results and outcome orientated
  • Must be flexible and have strong knowledge of criminal justice pathways into treatment service
  • Must desire to work in an integrated way with the treatment services and Criminal Justice partners
  • Must be self-motivated
